Reflection and Refuge

Amor Artis presents Dietrich Buxtehude’s 17th-century masterpiece, Membra Jesu Nostri, with 21st-century responses, including To the Hands by Pulitzer Prize winning composer Caroline Shaw; a work by Gregory Spears, whose work has been called “astonishingly beautiful” (New York Times); and a world premiere of a commission by Zachary Wadsworth. Reception will follow the concert.
