Organist Nadiya Velychko from Lviv, Ukraine, presents a free lunchtime Erben concert. On the program: organ works by Ukrainian composers from the 19th and 20th centuries. Ms. Velychko is Organ Soloist at the Lviv Organ Hall, which houses the largest pipe organ in Ukraine.

ABOUT THE ARTIST

Nadiya Velychko was born in Lviv, Ukraine. Since 2001, Nadiya has been working as concert organist at the House of Organ and Chamber Music in Lviv. She took part in numerous international music festivals in Ukraine and abroad. Nadiya Velychko is committed to the promotion of organ music. Her repertory includes works of all styles and periods, from Renaissance to modern music, accounting for over 30 concert programs she has presented to her audiences during the years of her performing career. As concert organist, Nadiya Velychko played in Poland, Germany, Sweden, Russia, Slovakia, and Denmark.

Erben Organ Days 2021 is our annual series of musical events highlighting the historic 1868 Henry Erben organ.
